Qualifications for CDL B Truck Drivers:

• Holds a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL B).
• Minimum of two years of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably in a fast-paced logistics or transportation environment.
• Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate Class B commercial vehicles, including various types of trucks and trailers.
• Demonstrated adherence to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety protocols.
• Proficient in pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as maintaining accurate logbooks and other required documentation.
• Strong commitment to delivering freight on time and in accordance with established routes and schedules.
• Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential for interacting with dispatch, customers, and other team members.
• Comfortable and effective in a dynamic, high-volume operational setting, adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
