Orientation and Onboarding

• Upon the conclusion of the orientation program, you will be entitled to receive $500

Physicals

Applicants need to have a recent physical examination from the past 6 months that remains valid for at least 6 months and does not expire within the following 3 months, or complete a new physical before their arrival at the Fort Dodge, IA Orientation.

Drug Test

A pre-employment drug test, which includes urinalysis and hair follicle screening, is mandatory for all applicants before participating in Orientation. If it is not feasible to complete the tests in advance, they will be carried out on the first day of Orientation. Drivers are required to wait for negative test results before being assigned a truck.
