Responsibilities:

• Check vehicles rigorously before and after journeys to ensure they are safe for the road.
• Create an organized plan for arranging delivery routes that maximizes productivity and maintains timely deliveries.
• Safeguard the transportation of shipments by following the established protocols for handling and packaging.
• Consistently communicate clearly and efficiently with dispatchers and customers throughout every stage of the delivery procedure.
• Maintain accurate records of both work hours and the regular care your car receives.
• Ensure the safety of employees and products during transport by adhering to safety guidelines and regulations outlined by the Department of Transportation.
• Promptly inform relevant parties about any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or violations to maintain adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess an original Class A CDL license.
• Clean driving record.
• Satisfying the conditions set by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for a physical examination and drug screening.
• Ability to manage time effectively and synchronize tasks efficiently.
• Specializing in the efficient and secure transport of unwieldy and cumbersome objects.
• Accomplished in providing top-notch customer service, adept at nurturing enduring connections with customers.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance by promptly notifying authorities of any problems or breaches concerning vehicles.

Flatbed trailers have an open body with no sides or roof, commonly used for transporting oversized or oddly shaped cargo. Tanker trailers are specialized for transporting liquids or gases, with various designs based on the specific substance being transported
• Doubles/Triples, Intermodal, and Auto Hauler are examples of transportation methods that can be chosen for the relocation of goods and vehicles
• The category of household goods includes products commonly encountered in homes
