Company is seeking OTR Reefer Drivers who can expect to make an average gross weekly pay of $1,100 to $1,300, and a sign-on bonus is up for grabs

Physicals
Aspirants are required to furnish a physical examination conducted in the past 6 months, with a validity of 6 months or more and not expiring within the subsequent 3 months, or opt for a new physical prior to or during their participation in the Fort Dodge, IA Orientation.
Drug Test
Before attending the Orientation program, all applicants will need to undergo drug screening, including both urinalysis and hair follicle tests. In case this cannot be done beforehand, the tests will be performed at the start of the Orientation. Drivers will be allowed to commence work only upon receiving negative results from the drug tests.
Students
Once employees reach the 60-day mark, they become eligible for full benefits, which include receiving weekly paychecks and a $100 weekly advance allowance. Additional benefits include optional health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, critical illness, and accident insurance. A 401(k) plan with an employer match is also offered, along with flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses
