Commercial Driving Role Open

Long-haul OTR reefer driver position available for CDL A holders.

Company is seeking OTR Reefer Drivers who can expect to make an average gross weekly pay of $1,100 to $1,300, and a sign-on bonus is up for grabs

A CDL A license is mandatory, and individuals with a background of six months in the field are encouraged to apply

Earnings and Incentive Schemes

• Logging a weekly mileage of 2,000 to 2,500 miles
• Receiving a weekly income of $1,000 - $1,300 before deductions
• Workers can expect a cent per mile increase every year on their hire date until they reach the maximum limit of seventy cents per mile
• Monthly Incentive: Achieve top-end results and earn a performance-based bonus of $.05 CPM per month
• The pay rate for all drivers encompasses a per diem of 10 cents per mile to cover expenses incurred while on the road
• Military Pay
• For those drivers who are actively engaged in their role or have been within the past 24 months, there will be a pay increase of one cent per mile. If the driver has more than 24 months of verified service, the pay bump will be a higher rate of two cents per mile
• Trailer Washout Pa, Stop Pay, Detention Pay, Layover Pay, Breakdown Pay, Short Haul Pay
• Access your earnings in pairs on a weekly basis through the convenience of direct deposit

Home Time

• Away from home for 11 days, followed by a 3-day break
• 100% no touch

Equipment and Amenities

• The period from 2022 to 2024 is anticipated to see the prominence of the Peterbilt 579, Volvo, and Freightliner Cascadia trucks

• Controlled to travel at 65 mph as a standard, with the option to increase to 68 mph on cruise control
• Trucks are outfitted with an APU, 1,800-watt Inverter, complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV featuring Satellite Programming, Microwave, Refrigerator, CB Radio, and connections for Satellite Radio

Orientation and Onboarding

• $500 will be given to you once you have completed the orientation

Physicals

Aspirants are required to furnish a physical examination conducted in the past 6 months, with a validity of 6 months or more and not expiring within the subsequent 3 months, or opt for a new physical prior to or during their participation in the Fort Dodge, IA Orientation.

Drug Test

Before attending the Orientation program, all applicants will need to undergo drug screening, including both urinalysis and hair follicle tests. In case this cannot be done beforehand, the tests will be performed at the start of the Orientation. Drivers will be allowed to commence work only upon receiving negative results from the drug tests.

Students

Once employees reach the 60-day mark, they become eligible for full benefits, which include receiving weekly paychecks and a $100 weekly advance allowance. Additional benefits include optional health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, critical illness, and accident insurance. A 401(k) plan with an employer match is also offered, along with flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses
