Seeking a CDL A company driver for long-haul refrigerated transportation routes.

OTR Reefer Driver position at Company offers an average weekly gross income ranging from $1,100 to $1,300 with the possibility of a sign-on bonus

Possession of a Commercial Driver's License Class A is required, and prior experience of at least six months is desirable

Compensation and Incentive Opportunities

• Covering a distance of 2,000 to 2,500 miles in a week
• Earning between $1,000 to $1,300 in weekly gross income
• A wage raise of one cent will be granted after three months, followed by an annual one-cent increment on the employment anniversary until reaching a maximum of seventy cents per mile
• Performance-Based Monthly Bonus: Earn an additional $.05 CPM each month for exceptional performance
• All drivers will receive a per diem allowance of 10 cents per mile, which is incorporated into their overall pay rate
• Military Pay
• Drivers who are actively working or have been employed in the last two years will receive a raise of one cent per mile, while those with over two years of verified service will get a two-cent increase per mile
• Trailer washing in Pennsylvania, payment cessation, compensation for delays, compensation for overnight stays, compensation for breakdowns, additional payment for short-distance trips
• Weekly payments can be received via direct deposit as a duo

Home Time

• Spending 11 days away before returning home for 3 days
• 100% no touch

Equipment and Amenities

• Between 2022 and 2024, the Peterbilt 579, Volvo, and Freightliner Cascadia are expected to be popular options in the market for trucks

• Regulated at a speed of 65 miles per hour, or 68 miles per hour when using cruise control
• All trucks come with an APU, 1,800-watt Inverter, Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Satellite Programming, Microwave, Fridge, CB Radio, and Satellite Radio Connectivity

Orientation and Onboarding

• Upon successful completion of the orientation, you will receive a payment of $500

Traveling to Orientation

• Our services include providing a rental car, airplane, or compensating for using your own vehicle for transportation

Physicals

Candidates need to present a recent physical exam conducted within the previous 6 months, valid for at least 6 months and not due to expire within the next 3 months, or undergo a new physical either before their arrival or upon participating in the Fort Dodge, IA Orientation.

Drug Test

All candidates must undergo drug screening through both urinalysis and hair follicle testing before attending Orientation. If it is not feasible to conduct the tests beforehand, they will be carried out on the initial day of Orientation. Drivers will only be assigned to their vehicle once the test results confirm negative.

Students

The training program spans four weeks, consisting of one week dedicated to Orientation and three weeks under the guidance of an Over-The-Road (OTR) trainer. During Orientation, participants can earn $100 per day, while the period with a trainer offers tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000. The payment range during training is between 52 to 70 cents per mile
