Responsibilities:

• The importance of managing tractor-trailers in a safe and measured way cannot be overstated as it ensures the safety of all drivers.
• Verify that your vehicle is in good working order by conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections before and after your journey.
• The formulation of efficient delivery routes is essential in meeting the expected arrival times of packages to all locations.
• Proper packaging is integral to safeguarding your items during transit. Ensure that packages are appropriately wrapped and cushioned before placing them in the transport vehicle.
• To ensure smooth and timely deliveries, maintaining clear communication with both dispatchers and customers is essential.
• Keep detailed records of both work hours and vehicle maintenance in order to maintain accurate records.
• We cannot afford to compromise on safety, which is why we must adhere strictly to all the safety regulations and DOT guidelines that apply to our work.
• To guarantee compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, prompt reporting of any vehicle-related problems, accidents, or legal infringements is necessary.

Requirements:

• Possess an up-to-date and authorized Class A CDL certification.
• Exhibiting an excellent driving record with no major transgressions.
• Qualify the DOT physical examination and drug test.
• In-depth understanding of DOT compliance regulations and safety protocols for commercial transportation.
• Remarkable skills in prioritizing tasks and managing time productively.
• Skill in proficiently managing and transporting cumbersome items.
• Effective communication and exceptional customer service play a crucial role in creating a positive rapport with clients.
• Keeping safety standards intact necessitates swift reporting of vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or violations.

Experience Levels Accepted:

• Those who are participating in CDL training have committed to gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to become licensed, professional drivers
