Key Responsibilities:

• Safely driving semi-trucks to protect the safety of everyone on the road.
• Verify optimal vehicle functioning by conducting pre- and post-trip inspections consistently.
• Design effective transportation paths to ensure punctual reaching of designated locations.
• Follow the recommended guidelines for securing cargo within the industry to minimize risks and uphold the safety of the shipment.
• Sustain transparent communication with all stakeholders to guarantee punctual and precise deliveries.
• Enhance overall efficiency and productivity by keeping meticulous records of work hours and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Adhere closely to safety protocols and guidelines established by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• It is important to report any vehicle-related problems, accidents, or violations promptly to ensure safety and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license for Class A vehicles in accordance with regulations.
• Clean driving record.
• Satisfactorily pass a DOT physical exam and drug screening test.
• Comprehensive understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines and safety protocols.
• Exhibits proficiency in structuring time effectively and organizing tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in managing and moving large machinery and equipment with hands-on experience.
• Superior communication skills and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
• Dedication to safety and adherence to regulations, ensuring prompt reporting of vehicle problems and incidents.
