Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tractor-trailers to protect fellow drivers and ensure road safety.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify the vehicle's condition.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure punctual deliveries at all destinations.
• Follow industry best practices for secure transport, including proper packaging and handling to avoid damages.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and customers to facilitate seamless deliveries.
• Accurately track work hours and maintain detailed vehicle maintenance logs.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and DOT guidelines.
• Promptly report any vehicle issues, accidents, or violations to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class A CDL license.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening.
• In-depth understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in handling and transporting heavy materials efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills that contribute to positive client relationships.
• Timely reporting of vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or regulatory breaches to maintain safety standards.
