Responsibilities:

• Advocate for a strong emphasis on ensuring safety for drivers operating large trucks on the roadways.
• Ensure roadworthiness by conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Strategically map out delivery schedules to enhance efficiency and adhere to designated delivery times.
• Adhere to the recommended industry practices for handling and packaging shipments to ensure their transportation is safe and secure.
• Engage in effective communication practices with dispatchers and customers to enhance the delivery experience.
• Maintain accurate records of both work hours and the maintenance schedule for vehicles.
• Protecting both employees and merchandise entails following safety protocols and abiding by DOT regulations.
• Maintaining compliance requires the immediate reporting of any vehicle issues, accidents, or infractions.

Qualifications:

• Carry a lawful Class A CDL permit.
• Clean driving record.
• Compliance with DOT regulations through a physical examination and drug screening.
• Profound ability in managing time effectively and coordinating tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in safely transporting and lifting heavy loads.
• Possessing a talent for customer relationship management, skilled at establishing rapport with customers.
• Notify authorities promptly about any vehicle issues or violations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal standards.

Tanker trailers are necessary for hauling liquids like fuel, chemicals, and gases in a safe and efficient manner
• Doubles/Triples, Intermodal, Auto Hauler encompass a range of options for shipping goods and vehicles, each with its own advantages and limitations
• Hazmat materials are substances that pose risks to health, safety, and the environment if mishandled
