Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring road safety for all through the careful operation of semi-trucks.
• Conduct inspections before and after trips to ensure vehicles are operating efficiently.
• Implement logistical strategies to secure timely arrivals at specified destinations.
• Implement recognized safety measures for securing cargo in accordance with industry standards to minimize risks and prevent damage.
• Sustain consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders to secure precise and prompt deliveries.
• Improve work efficiency and boost productivity by accurately documenting work hours and monitoring vehicle maintenance routines.
• Be sure to adhere to safety protocols diligently and comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Quickly reporting vehicle problems, accidents, or violations is necessary to maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Meeting the requirements for a Class A CDL driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Meet the qualifications for passing a DOT physical examination and drug screening evaluation.
• Advanced knowledge of DOT safety protocols and regulatory measures.
• Capable of adeptly managing time and organizing tasks.
• Experienced in the proper handling and transportation of heavy industrial machinery.
• Effective communication skills and a dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
• Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance by promptly notifying relevant parties of vehicle concerns and accidents.
