Job Duties for Company Drivers:

CDL-A Company Drivers are accountable for the safe and punctual transportation of goods using company-provided commercial vehicles over various distances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport freight to designated locations using trucks assigned by the company.
• Inspect the vehicle for safety measures and compliance with regulations before and after each trip.
• Maintain punctuality by following assigned routes and schedules accordingly.
• Keep precise records of driving tasks according to both federal and state mandates.
• Provide dispatchers with accurate updates on delivery progress and promptly notify them of any issues that may impact the delivery process.
• Ensure the cargo is appropriately secured and handled to reduce the risk of damage.
• Respect and uphold both traffic laws and company regulations.
• Aid in the transfer of goods to and from vehicles as needed.
