Key Responsibilities:

• Drive tractor-trailers cautiously to protect the safety of fellow drivers on the road.
• Uphold vehicle safety standards by conducting thorough inspections prior to departure and upon return.
• Design well-planned routes to ensure deliveries are made on time.
• Employ best practices in the field to secure the cargo and uphold safety standards throughout the shipping process.
• Ensure consistent and transparent communication with all those involved to guarantee deliveries are both prompt and precise.
• Ensure optimal productivity by accurately tracking work hours and consistently maintaining vehicles.
• Adhere to the safety provisions laid out by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Immediately report any vehicle problems, accidents, or violations to uphold safety standards and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a valid Class A CDL driver's credential.
• Clean driving record.
• Successfully complete a Department of Transportation physical evaluation and substance abuse screening.
• Proficient in adhering to DOT safety regulations and recommendations.
• Proficient at managing time wisely and staying well-organized.
• Competent in the experience of moving and transporting heavy-duty industrial equipment.
• Strong communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Instilling a proactive attitude towards safety that highlights the timely reporting of vehicle issues or accidents.
