Qualifications:

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a must.
• You should have at least six months of recent experience driving tractor-trailers.
• A documented history of safe driving is required.
• Ability to pass all required Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screenings.
• Prior experience handling refrigerated freight is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and effective time management are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Perform thorough inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip.
• Ensure the secure handling and timely delivery of all freight.
• Adhere strictly to all federal, state, and local driving regulations and laws.
• Maintain precise and current trip records and logbooks.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and other logistics personnel.
• Effectively manage your time to meet all delivery deadlines.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues to maintenance promptly.
• Interact with customers at delivery locations in a professional and courteous manner.
