Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tractor-trailers to ensure the well-being of all road users.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to guarantee timely arrivals at destinations.
• Follow industry best practices for securing cargo to minimize risks and prevent damage.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties involved to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Keep accurate records of work hours and vehicle maintenance to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Strictly follow safety protocols and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or violations promptly to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a DOT physical exam and drug screening.
• Thorough knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience handling and transporting heavy equipment and machinery.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, including timely reporting of vehicle issues and accidents.
