Company Route Driver

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and punctual Company Route Driver to handle scheduled delivery routes on behalf of our organization. This role involves driving company-assigned vehicles to deliver goods to retail stores, warehouses, or business clients on fixed routes. As a representative of the company, you’ll be responsible for maintaining delivery accuracy, route consistency, and high-quality customer interactions. This position offers predictable schedules, stable income, and long-term career support.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned delivery routes to transport products between distribution points and customer locations.
• Load and unload materials in accordance with handling procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain daily logs, invoices, and delivery confirmation reports accurately.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report issues to the maintenance team.
• Communicate with route coordinators to update delivery status or report any delays.
• Ensure timely, damage-free, and secure deliveries according to schedule.
• Uphold the company’s image through courteous and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid CDL with a strong knowledge of route-based driving operations.
• Previous experience in route delivery, retail logistics, or customer-focused transport is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly during loading/unloading.
• Familiarity with handheld scanning tools or delivery management apps.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Salary

Pay varies based on route type, driver experience, and employment structure (company driver). Drivers can expect competitive per-mile rates, hourly wages, or percentage-based pay. Additional incentives may be offered for safe driving, fuel efficiency, and on-time delivery.
