Qualifications:

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a must.
• You should have a minimum of six months of recent experience driving tractor-trailers.
• A proven track record of safe driving is essential.
• Ability to successfully complete all Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screenings.
• Prior experience handling refrigerated freight is considered a plus.
• Strong communication and effective time-management abilities are required.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Ensure the secure transport and on-time delivery of all freight.
• Strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date logbooks and trip records.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and logistics teams.
• Effectively manage your time to meet all scheduled delivery timelines.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and promptly report any issues to maintenance.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers at delivery locations.
