Key Responsibilities:

• Driving tractor-trailers securely to protect the well-being of all road participants.
• Verify vehicle performance by conducting inspections both before and after trips.
• Devise effective delivery pathways to guarantee punctual reaching of destinations.
• Adhere to industry-recommended procedures for securing cargo to decrease potential risks and maintain the safety of the shipment.
• Maintain open lines of communication with everyone involved to ensure deliveries are timely and accurate.
• Increase productivity levels by tracking and recording work hours meticulously, along with ensuring regular vehicle maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures meticulously and adhere to the regulations set by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Notify authorities promptly about any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or violations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Fulfilling the criteria for a valid Class A CDL license.
• Clean driving record.
• Successfully undergo a DOT physical check-up and drug screening process.
• Well-versed in DOT regulations and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
• Demonstrates expertise in time management and effective organizational strategies.
• Skilled in the safe and secure transportation of heavy equipment and machinery.
• Proficient in communication and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Committed to safety and regulatory standards, including the timely reporting of vehicle-related problems and accidents.
