Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibly operate tractor-trailers while prioritizing the protection of other motorists.
• Engage in detailed inspections prior to departure and upon arrival to uphold vehicle security.
• Develop effective itineraries for on-time shipments.
• Employ commonly accepted practices within the field to protect the goods and maintain a high level of safety.
• Ensure that there is transparent communication with stakeholders to uphold the punctuality and accuracy of deliveries.
• Boost productivity through the accurate documentation of work hours and upkeep of vehicles.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Quickly notify relevant personnel of any issues with vehicles, collisions, or breaches of rules to ensure safety measures are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Have a current Class A commercial driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Meet the requirements of a DOT physical examination and drug test.
• Proficient in adhering to DOT safety regulations and recommendations.
• Strong skills in time management and maintaining organization.
• Proficient in managing the handling and transfer of weighty industrial equipment.
• Proficient in conveying messages and devoted to providing top-tier service to clients.
• Embracing a safety-conscious approach that emphasizes the swift reporting of vehicle incidents or malfunctions.
