Key Responsibilities:

• Driving tractor-trailers securely to protect the well-being of all road participants.
• Conduct inspections before and after trips to ensure vehicles are operating efficiently.
• Formulate efficient logistic routes to ensure timely deliveries at prescribed destinations.
• Follow the recommended guidelines for securing cargo within the industry to minimize risks and uphold the safety of the shipment.
• Foster clear channels of communication with all participants to enable timely and precise deliveries.
• Increase efficiency and productivity levels by maintaining accurate records of work hours and vehicle maintenance activities.
• Make sure to follow safety protocols and adhere to the regulations specified by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, collisions, or infractions promptly to maintain safety and comply with relevant laws.

Qualifications:

• A legitimate license to drive Class A commercial vehicles.
• Clean driving record.
• Satisfactorily pass a DOT physical exam and drug screening test.
• Proficient in navigating DOT regulations and upholding safety standards.
• Capable of adeptly managing time and organizing tasks.
• Skilled in the safe and secure transportation of heavy equipment and machinery.
• Skilled in communication and focused on delivering top-notch service to customers.
• Committed to safety and regulatory standards, including the timely reporting of vehicle-related problems and accidents.
