Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Obtain a valid CDL license for Class A vehicles.
• Clean driving record.
• Accomplishing a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical check-up and undertaking screening for substance abuse.
• Capability in synchronizing activities and effectively organizing time.
• Expertise in the efficient and safe transportation of heavy and cumbersome items.

Preferred Experience:

• A dry van, also referred to as a box trailer, is a closed trucking trailer that is used for transporting goods that do not require refrigeration. Refrigerated trailers, or reefers, are equipped with cooling systems to transport goods that need to be kept at specific temperatures. Flatbed trailers have an open design without sides or a roof, making them suitable for hauling oversized or uniquely shaped cargo. Tanker trailers are specialized for transporting liquids or gases, varying in structure based on the material being transported
• Various techniques, including Doubles/Triples, Intermodal, and Auto Hauler, are deployed to transport goods and vehicles from one place to another
• The term household goods pertains to products commonly found in homes
