Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor-trailers responsibly, following traffic laws and driving practices.
• Conduct detailed examinations of vehicles prior to departure and upon return to ensure safety standards are upheld.
• Structure the distribution routes effectively to optimize performance and fulfill delivery deadlines.
• Secure and protect cargo in transit by following industry regulations and guidelines for preserving its condition.
• Establish a cooperative relationship with dispatchers to enable the timely exchange of updates and maintain effective communication.
• Ensure the accuracy of logging hours, maintenance records, and delivery details.
• Notify promptly of any accidents, equipment malfunctions, or infractions.

Qualifications:

• Thoroughly licensed under Class A CDL regulations with a pristine driving background.
• Capacity to organize time proficiently and devise effective travel paths.
• Ability to safely manage and transport bulky items requiring physical strength.
• Proficient in interpersonal communication and client relations.
