Earn between $1,100 and $1,300 on average per week as an OTR Reefer Driver for Company, with the potential to receive a sign-on incentive

CDL A is a prerequisite, and candidates with six months of relevant experience will be given preference

Wage and Reward Possibilities

• Traveling between 2,000 and 2,500 miles weekly
• Generating a weekly gross salary that ranges from $1,000 to $1,300
• Employees will receive a one-cent salary bump every year on the date they were initially hired until they reach the maximum cap of seventy cents per mile
• Top-tier Performance Bonus: Receive a monthly bonus of $.05 CPM based on outstanding performance
• A daily reimbursement of 10 cents per mile is allocated to each driver and factored into their compensation package
• Military Pay
• Individuals who are currently in a driving role or have held one in the recent past totaling less than two years will see a rise in pay at a rate of one cent per mile. For those with a verified service record of two years or more, the pay bump will be increased to two cents per mile
• Trailer Washout Pa, Stop Pay, Detention Pay, Layover Pay, Breakdown Pay, Short Haul Pay
• Engage in pairings every week by opting for direct deposit

Home Time

• On the road for 11 days, back for a brief 3-day stay

• Limited to 65 mph, but capable of reaching 68 mph when cruise control is engaged

Orientation and Onboarding

• After finishing the orientation, a payment of $500 will be issued to you

Physicals

Prospective individuals must possess a physical examination completed no more than 6 months ago, valid for a minimum of 6 months with at least 3 months left until expiration, or undertake a new physical assessment before or upon attending the Fort Dodge, IA Orientation.

Drug Test

Prior to Orientation, prospective employees are required to undergo both urinalysis and hair follicle drug testing. If there is a delay in completing the tests before the scheduled session, they will be conducted on the orientation's commencement day. Drivers will only be permitted to operate their trucks once the drug test results yield a negative outcome.

Students

Subsequent to completing the Orientation, trainees and drivers can access a range of benefits including working with modern equipment such as 2020 and newer Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadias. These vehicles are equipped with various amenities such as APU's, refrigerators, CB radio, internet, 1,800-watt inverter, Smart TV with Satellite programming, and Satellite Radio Hook-Ups. The trucks are governed at speeds of 65 mph on the pedal and 68 mph on cruise control
