Responsibilities:

• Safely navigate semi-trucks while obeying traffic laws and regulations.
• Undertake comprehensive inspections of vehicles before and after trips to verify safety compliance.
• Develop a structured plan for delivering goods to enhance efficiency and ensure timely arrivals.
• Follow industry protocols to protect and maintain the condition of cargo as it is being moved.
• Partner closely with dispatchers to facilitate efficient communication and provide timely progress reports.
• Ensure the accuracy of logging hours, maintenance records, and delivery details.
• Promptly report any accidents, equipment malfunctions, or infractions that may occur.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Class A CDL license and a clear record behind the wheel.
• Competence in managing time wisely and strategizing optimal routes.
• Competence in safely moving and handling heavy loads with physical strength.
• Strong capabilities in communicating and attending to customer requirements.
