Position

CDL B with Passenger Endorsement - Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Drives a large capacity passenger bus to transport residents to activities, errands, and destinations.
• Properly operates the bus and ensures the safety of all passengers.
• Responsible for general maintenance of the vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of successful experience operating a bus is required.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement and no major driving violations in the past three years.
• CPR training and certification may be required.
• Certification from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction on bus driver training preferred.

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. This role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits except 401(k).
