Key Responsibilities:

• Drive tractor-trailers responsibly to protect the well-being of everyone on the roads.
• Conducting thorough vehicle checks before and after trips is crucial for ensuring peak performance.
• Strategize optimal pathways to guarantee punctual arrival at designated drop-off points.
• Follow established guidelines from the industry to properly secure cargo, reducing potential hazards and avoiding harm.
• Keep communication channels open with all parties involved to ensure precise and prompt deliveries.
• Maintain precise records of both work hours and vehicle upkeep to guarantee efficiency levels.
• Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to the regulations set by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Report any problems with the vehicle promptly to ensure compliance and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a legitimate Class A commercial driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Successfully complete a Department of Transportation physical examination and undergo a drug screening.
• Comprehensive understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines and safety protocols.
• Effective time management and structured organizational abilities.
• Proficient in the transportation of bulky industrial machinery and equipment.
• Superb communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• A strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations, ensuring that vehicle problems or accidents are reported promptly.
