Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and safety-minded Dry Van Driver to handle freight transportation using enclosed trailers. This position involves hauling general goods, palletized items, and non-perishable cargo across local, regional, or over-the-road routes. Responsibilities

• Transport goods using dry van trailers while adhering to route schedules and safety regulations.
• Monitor load integrity and ensure cargo is secured according to DOT requirements.
• Complete electronic logs, trip sheets, and fuel receipts accurately.
• Perform daily equipment checks including tires, lights, and trailer conditions.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and delivery contacts.
• Follow designated delivery windows and adhere to service expectations.
• Maintain professionalism at all customer locations and loading docks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current CDL with experience operating dry van or enclosed trailers.
• Strong understanding of freight safety procedures and weight distribution.
• Previous driving experience with time-sensitive or long-haul deliveries preferred.
• Knowledge of ELD systems and route optimization tools is beneficial.
• Ability to handle long hours, road conditions, and varied climates professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and delivery timelines.

Salary
