In addition to the base salary, the overall remuneration package comprises supplementary forms of compensation such as tarping remuneration, stoppage remuneration, detention remuneration, border crossing remuneration, safety rewards, and remuneration for transporting oversized cargo as deemed necessary.

With the combination of mileage compensation and supplementary pay, drivers working full-time on this fleet have the opportunity to earn a weekly income ranging from $900.00 to $1,600.00, equivalent to an annual salary of $46,800.00 to $83,200.00, depending on various factors including experience, route assignments, regularity of attendance, and length of service.

Experienced flatbed regional drivers can earn between $0.52 and $0.66 per mile, depending on their years in the field.

Shifting roles can be difficult, which is why we provide a transition package designed to support you. Our package includes a $1,800 fund, with $1,000 reserved for guiding you during your first two weeks.
